As we all know that we all have different sleep patterns that we experience in our day to day lives. I had recently travelled from my city, and I observed that my sleep patterns had a great level of impact and as explained in the textbook, our sleep has certain biological rhythms and patterns which help us in getting asleep in a better way. The Circadian rhythms explains that we have daily behavioural or physiological cycles which helps in directing our sleep or wake cycle and also depends on the body temperature, blood sugar level or blood pressure.
